Mobile Home Section

We welcome you to our Park family. Currently, there are a few open lots available for you to place a new park mobile home.

Lot rent for single-wide mobile homes is $490/month
Lot rent for Double-wide mobile homes is $500/month
Lot rent includes water, sewer, trash and common grounds maintenance

RV Section and Spaces

Our RV Section also offers seasonal rentals for the RVer. Choose from lots adjacent to our pond, where you can enjoy some fishing (catch-and-release), lots adjacent to the clubhouse and frequent activity, or lots adjacent to the mobile home section of the park.

Nightly & Weekly rentals includes electric, water, sewer, and trash pickup & access to all the park amenities.

* Monthly Rentals includes all listed above except electric. A deposit for electric is required at check-in for monthly rentals.

Renters wanting to stay 30 or more days must submit a background check application and be Board approved before reservations may be confirmed. Background check applications can be completed here.
