CAE is a resident owned Co-Op. When a homeowner wishes to sale their home, they will advertise it as they seem fit. Periodically the HOA may purchase a new park model to fill a vacant lot, or they may take possession of a home that they then plan to resale. 
Please see our rules and regulations for more information on living in Country Aire Estates. New residents must complete a background check and receive approval from the Board prior to purchasing or moving into any park model, RV, or mobile home within Country Aire Estates.
Seasonal RV lot renters staying 30 or more days must pass a background check before their reservation may be confirmed. No RV renter will be permitted to stay beyond 30 days until they have cleared the background check and receive board approval. Background checks must be completed through the CAE Office.
